1 st vitrine - Matchbox models
| The
5th shelf was reserved for the
1989 Rodeo and Amigo models . The Rodeo is the Frontera
while the Amigo is the Frontera Sport . In the center of the pic 1 , two Amigo models , one red , SOS on the doors , new chromed convex wheels and made in China , was bought just a couple of days ago . The other a bordeaux model , part of the " Dino Riders " 5 car set , decor is a dinossaur a white skeleton starting in the left side of the body and ending in the motor hood and Hadrosaur in the right door . To start with the Rodeo , the car inside the white box , pic 2 , has a nice bege with green stripes color scheme , is a limited edition " Matchbox Operation Safari 1999 " and was made in China . The next is " 21 Power Parts " red and blue model , sold in blister and was made in Thailand . Next is the yellow common 555 Res-q , I have 2 one boxed and another loose , same car , both made in China but different markings in the base . The second yellow Rodeo is from a special series for the USA , models with a number plate from different USA states . This one is from Arizona , big blister with number plate . On the left 2 black models with slightly different color in the graffics and markings on the base . The car with red graffics was made in China and the orange in Thailand and they may be part of a set , but I'm not sure . |

| Pic 2 , on the right the black models , here we can see the different colors of the graffics . On the left 2 models one black and another white with " rose mud splash " ! Maybe the worst versions , blister and made in Thailand . | |

| Pic 5 , this MB 52 , dark mettalic blue Isuzu Amigo , small blister , made in Thailand is one of my favorites . The base including grille , headlamps and bumpers is chromed on all Amigo models . The blue with green graffics is similar to the Amigo on the previous pic , only with different color choice , blue / green and was made in China . I don't like this Surfs Up model , white with blue graffics , made in China . The last , this bright red with orange and silver stripes is one of my favorites and was made in Thailand . | |

| I have three more models part of multi car packs , as I don't have them loose I will show them with the set . The first , pic 6 , is from the Nickelodeon 5 car set , the " Rugrats " , a dark metallic green Rodeo with the face of one of the Rugrats series heroes . | |

| Pic 7 , in the " Dino Riders " besides the bordeaux Amigo already shown , we find a green Rodeo with the skeleton of a " Brontosaur " , starting in the left rear fender and ending in the motor hood and on the right doors " Brontossaurus " , these two models are very nice . | |

| The last is from a set called " Wilderness Road Trip " , pic 8 , a white Rodeo with blue base . All these sets were produced in China . | |

| I thought I had all Frontera / Rodeo / Amigo liveries , but in the last 2 weeks I've purchased 2 new models . Pic 9 , is completely new to me I've never saw another like this ! By the way it was purchased a couple of days ago and I haven't receive it yet . White , body and interior , black bumpers and base . No decor for this one and it was made in Thailand . | |

| Also new in my collection is # 40 Vauxhall Frontera , pic 10 . From the " Outback Adventures " series , 75 different models , this one has a white body with orange and blue side graphics , black bumpers , roof rack , interior and base . It was sold in an orange box and was made in China . | |
